Refund Policy

At The Inspirited Life Co., we deeply value the trust you place in us when you invest in your personal growth journey. Whether you’re working with us through coaching or exploring our self-guided journals and digital tools, our intention is always to deliver meaningful, soulful, and empowering experiences.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services and products.

🧘‍♀️ Coaching Services

All coaching packages and 1:1 sessions are thoughtfully crafted with care, preparation, and personal attention. This means that time, energy, and resources are committed from the moment your journey begins — even before the first session takes place.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Coaching services are non-refundable once your package has begun (i.e., after the first session is held).

  • If you cancel before your first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus:

    • Any administrative or transaction processing fees

    • Time spent on onboarding, communication, or customized materials prepared in advance

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and are not refundable or credited, unless in the case of an emergency or agreed-upon exception.

  • If you fail to attend a session without notice, that session may be counted as used and is non-refundable.

Expiry of Packages

  • Coaching packages are intended to be used within the timeline agreed during booking (e.g., a 6-week program).

  • If you do not complete your sessions and have not been in touch for more than 3 months, the package will be considered expired and no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you are experiencing significant life challenges or health concerns that may prevent you from continuing your coaching journey, please email connect@inspiritedlife.co. We will do our best to explore compassionate solutions such as rescheduling, pausing, or partial refunds (at our discretion).

📘 Digital Journals, Guides, and Downloads

All of our downloadable journals and digital resources are designed to be immediately accessible, making it easy to begin your journey of reflection and transformation right away.

All Digital Product Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital journal purchases or self-guided tools once the order is confirmed and the file is delivered.

File Access or Delivery Issues

If:

  • You did not receive your download link or email,

  • The file is corrupted or fails to open, or

  • You experience difficulty accessing your purchase,

Please reach out to us at connect@inspiritedlife.co with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement link or support.
