4. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Coaching Services

  • All coaching sessions are paid in advance unless a payment plan is agreed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with appropriate notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions may be charged or counted as used.

  • Refund Policy: Coaching packages and sessions are non-refundable once started. If you cancel before the first session, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus admin or processing fees.

Digital Journals and Products

  • All journal purchases (digital or downloadable) are final and non-refundable.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your device before downloading.

  • If a file is corrupted or undelivered, please contact us at connect@inspiritedlife.co for support.

5. Intellectual Property
